I’m very grateful for the opportunity to have offered thousands of no charge visits in that time, and for the many people that have supported me to allow that to happen. From the very beginning after I came to Sayulita directly from helping out in the support of the Earthquake in Mexico city in 2017, helping the people that live here was a priority. For everybody that comes in for an initial consult, an appointment is given free of charge to a local person. Entreamigos, Circo de los Ninos and Casa Clu have helped with the organisation of that. It has been made possible also due to visiting colleagues helping out.

Educating people to help themselves is a huge value for me. For the last 18months I have been fortunate to spend a majority of my time teaching and facilitating at a retreat program here focused on Nervous System education and regulation (www.reprecisionhealth.com)

As the opportunities to teach and reach more people presents itself, the evolution of BeingAligned in Sayulita is bringing in another Chiropractor to help serve the people of Nayarit. Dr Abel is a Mexican Chiropractor from Puerto Vallarta, he currently works in Nayarit with his father who is also a Chiropractor. He is big on the philosophies and traditions of Chiropractic being a healing art from the inside out, having grown up with that way of being through his father. As did I in my household. The norm was based around getting the body aligned with nature in order to help heal, before we reached for any pills or medications. Dr Abel will be focusing on adjusting people in Sayulita. I will be available for occasional house calls and helping people go deeper to create freedom and alignment. This will be by application only

As education is a big value for us, I will be doing semi regular (as retreat program dictates) practical information classes. The cost of these classes will be donation based with money going to organisations in need in the area. We value educating and empowering people so much that discounts on care plans will be offered to those who come to the classes. People that make an effort to help themselves are our people. We appreciate in Mexico people can call themselves a “Chiropractor” who may have done a simple course or simply watched youtube videos. We value safety and qualifications higher than that with five years miniumum of Chiropractic education that covers physiology, anatomy, neurology, biophysics, radiology, pathology, biochemistry, ethics and philosophy.

I also completed a four year Bachelor of Science degree in health psychology and behavioural change and have spent time since blending the two disciplines to help people experience freedom and alignment.

We understand that our model of healthcare is not for everbody. We have a higher value on healing, empowering and educating than we do quick fixes and only pain relief.

We acknowledge and honour the Universal Intelligence of nature that is all around us here in Sayulita and we respect the wisdom of the Nervous System and Innate intelligence in everybody.

Our role is simply to help the removal of the interference so that innate intelligence can be expressed.
